Humans take 25,000 plus breaths each and every day. Though most of us don't think about how and when to breathe, our breath plays a vital role in how our body looks, feels and functions. When we feel lethargic, foggy, disconnected or deal with chronic pain and illness, we tend to self medicate with pharmaceuticals, sugar, alcohol, social media or just "push through" -- couple this with chronic stress, poor posture, digestive issues, bad sleep and other unfortunate habits = the creation of dysfunctional patterns.
